| 摘 要： | 目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)预防和治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法24例女性宫颈尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组。1组第一次先行CO2激光治疗,然后外敷10%5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)于宫颈处;3h后照光。每周1次,共3次。另一组只进行CO2激光治疗,不进行光动力治疗。治疗后随访3个月,观察复发率及不良反应。结果ALA-PDT组患者经过3次治疗后,未复发率达81.8%;对照组未复发率为40%,ALA-PDT组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论ALA-PDT是一种简单,高效,不良反应轻微的治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的新疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and safety of photodynamic therapy(PDT)with topical aminolevulinic acid (ALA)on cervical condyloma acuminatum.
