| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨左旋卡尼汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:86例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组43例.在常规治疗基础上,治疗组应用左旋卡尼汀,对照组应用极化液.结果:心绞痛缓解有效率治疗组为93.02%,对照组心绞痛缓解有效率为65.12%(P＜0.01);静息心电图缺血性ST段恢复有效率治疗组为76.74%,对照组为48.84%(P＜0.01).结论:左旋卡尼汀辅助治疗不稳定性心绞痛的是一种安全有效的方法,它能改善缺血心肌的能量代谢.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of L-carnitine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:Eighty-six patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, each group consisted of 43 cases.On the basis of conventional therapy, the patients from experimental group were administered L-carnitine, at the same time, those patients in control group were given GIK (glucose insulin-potasiun solution).Results:The total effective rates of relieved angina pectoris and improved ECG in treatment group were 93.02% and 76.74% respectively, nevertheless, that in control group were 65.12% and 48.84% respectively. There were significant difference between two group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Adjunctive therapy with L-carnitine for treating unstable angina pectoris might be safe and effective way, L-carnitine could improve the energy metabolism of the ischemic myocardium. |
