| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同年龄阶段老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点与护理干预效果.方法:回顾性分析392例老年人消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,并分析实施护理干预措施的效果.结果:本组年轻老年人与老老年人在溃疡类型及胃溃疡大小方面差异无统计学意义.通过用药指导、健康教育、心理护理和饮食指导等护理干预措施及内科保守治疗均获得良好的治疗效果.结论:在老年人消化性溃疡治疗过程中护理干预不可缺少.

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the clinical features and nursing intervention effect of peptic ulcer in the dderly people at different age stages. Methods ： Clinical data of 392 ddely patients with peptic ulcer were analyzed retrospectively and effects of nursing interference were analyzed as well. Results ： In this group of younger elderly people and older elderly people gastric ulcer size and ulcer types had no siguificant difference. Through medication guides, health education and nursing interventions such as diet instruction and psychological nursing in internal medicine conservative treatment were given good treatment effect. Conclusion ：Nursing interventions in the treatment of elderly peptic ulcer were indisuensable. |
