临沭县18岁以上农村居民慢性非传染性疾病患病情况

目的了解农村居民慢性非传染性疾病（慢性病）患病水平,以指导居民采纳健康生活方式,促进居民健康素质的进一步提高。方法总结分析2002年8—12月,在临沭县农村抽取部分18岁以上居民进行调查的结果。结果调查1110人,超重率为30.45%,肥胖率为8.56%;高血压患病率为19.09%,高血压患者高血压知晓率为15.09%,治疗率为7.08%;血脂异常率为15.59%,其中高胆固醇血症患病率、高甘油三酯血症患病率、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇患病率分别为3.51%、7.66%、6.39%。结论临沭县农村成年居民慢性病患病率较高。

Non-communicable Diseases among Rural Residents above 18 Years in Linshu County

[ Objective ] To understand the incidence of non-communicable disease （ NCD ） among the rural residents, so as to guide them to adopt healthy life style and further promote the health quality. [ Methods ] The results of the survey conducted on rural residents above 18 years in Linshn County during August -- December 2002 were summarized. [ Results] A total of 1110 people were investigated, the overweight rate was 30.45%, obesity rate was 8.56% ; hypertension prevalence rate was 19.09%, Hypertension patients awareness rate was 15.09%, the treatment rate was 7.08% ; the hyperlipidemia rate was 15..59% , among which the hyper- cholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and hypo-high-density-lipoproteinemia prevalence rate was 3.51%, 7.66%, 6.39% respec- tively. [ Conclusion] Chronic non-communicable disease prevalence is high among adult residents of Linshu County.
