| 摘 要： | 人呼吸道合胞病毒（respiratory syncytial virus，RSV）是引起婴幼儿支气管炎和肺炎的主要病原体。虽然已经过半个多世纪的研究，但至今仍没有安全有效的RSV疫苗上市。科研人员经过几十年的努力，对RSV的分子生物学、流行病学、致病机制等方面的研究已取得重大进展。此文就RSV的病毒学特征、流行病学和疫苗研发策略做一综述。

| Abstract: | Human respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） is an important pathogen responsible for bronchitis and pneumonia in young children.No safe and effective vaccines are available so far.Great progress has been made in molecular biology,epidemiology,and pathogenic mechanism of RSV during the past several decades.In this paper,virological and epidemiological characteristics,and vaccine development strategies of RSV are reviewed. |
