摘    要:目的优选痹痛消巴布剂最佳基质配方。方法采用均匀设计法,以巴布剂的光泽度、持黏力、皮肤追随性、反复揭贴性和基质残留5个指标为考察指标,对各种成分的用量进行优选,确定了基质中不同辅料的最佳配比。结果优选出痹痛消巴布剂最佳基质处方配比为:聚丙烯酸钠:卡波姆:羧甲基纤维素钠:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30:明胶:酒石酸:甘羟铝=12:6.07:11.34:8.54:8.11:6.92:12(质量比)。结论痹痛消巴布剂制备工艺合理、质量可控。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the matrix formulation and the preparation procedure of Bitongxiao cataplasm. Methods Uniform design was used to optimize the glossiness,adhesiveness and residue of the cataplasm. Results The optimal matrix formulation was as following: PANa: carbomer: CMC-Na: PVP-K30 : gelatine: tartaric acid: dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate = 12: 6.07:11.34: 8.54: 8. 11: 6.92: 12. Conclusion This preparation procedure of the cataplasm was feasible, and its quality was controllable.
