妇血平颗粒治疗无排卵性功血出血期临床观察

目的观察妇血平颗粒治疗无排卵性功血出血期的临床疗效。方法选择87例无排卵性功血出血期患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,其中对照组35例,口服致康胶囊;治疗组52例,口服妇血平颗粒。观察两组患者止血疗效、中医症状改善情况、血液流变学、血栓素B2（TXB2）、6-酮-前列腺素（6-K-PGF1α）、血浆T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗后两组出血症状明显改善,治疗组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为74.28%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后中医单项症状及证候明显改善（P〈0.05）,血液流变学指标改善明显（P〈0.05）,6-K-PGF1α/TXB2值明显降低（P〈0.05）,血浆T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论妇血平颗粒对无排卵性功血出血期具有良好的止血作用,并能显著改善临床症状。止血机制可能与改善患者血流变、调节6-K-PGF1α/TXB2、改善T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标增强机体免疫功能等作用有关。

Clinical Observation of Fuxueping Granule in Treatment of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuxueping Granule （FXPG）on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 87 cases of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into control and treatment groups randomly. 35 cases in control group were administered oral medicine, Zhikang Capsule. 52 cases in treatment group were treated with Fuxueping Granule. Hemostatic effect,the improvement of symptoms in Chinese medicine, hemorrheology,6 - Keto - PGF1α （6 - K - PGF1α ） and thromboxane B2 （ TXB2 ） and the changes of plasma T - lymphocyte subsets were observed. Results Bleeding was relieved apparently after treatment in two groups. The total effective rate was 96.15%. The significant difference presented in the comparison of two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment in treatment group, the clinical symptoms and syndromes were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the indexes of hemorrheology were improved apparently（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the levels of 6 -K- PGF1α and TXB2 were decreased obviously and ever）, index of plasma T - lymphocyte subsets was improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fuxueping Granule has good hemostatic effect on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and relieves clinical symptoms significantly. The hemostatic mechanism may be achieved through the improvement of hemorrheology,the adjustment of 6- K- PGF1α/TXB2, the improvement of every index in T- lymphocyte subsets, and the enhancement of immune function effect, etc.
