子宫输卵管造影联合腹腔镜检查在输卵管通畅诊断中的意义

[背景]探讨子宫输卵管造影与腹腔镜下输卵管通水检查在诊断输卵管通畅中的临床价值.[病例报告]给48例(91条)经子宫输卵管造影显示输卵管末端梗阻的不孕症患者施行腹腔镜下输卵管通水检查,观察其诊断符合率.经子宫输卵管造影检查显示输卵管远端梗阻91条中与腹腔镜检查结果符合的为76条,符合率为83.5%.[讨论]腹腔镜检查可用于判定输卵管通畅与否,而子宫输卵管造影可作为腹腔镜检查之前的筛查项目,在判定输卵管梗阻部位方面具有优势,子宫输卵管造影联合应用腹腔镜检查方法,确诊率高,值得推广.

Significant of HSG and laparoscopy for diagnosis of the tubal distal occlusion

BACKGROUND To investigate the accuracy of diagnosis for the tubal occlusion by HSG and laparoscopy.CASE REPORTS The diagnose accordance rate of distal tubal occlusion was compared HSG to laparoscopy in 48 patients who accepted the HSG and laparoscopy.Out 91 cases of distal occlusion tubes examined and diagnosed by HSG,76 cases were cinsistent with the results of laproscopy and the diagnose accordance rate was 83.5%.DISCUSSION The laparoscopy is the best diagnostic method for tubal occlusion,HSG can be used for the first step for laparoscopy to diagnose the tubal distal occlusion,and it is advantage of diagnosing the exact parts of occlusion.
