摘    要:应用2×2析因实验设计将 Wistar 大鼠随机分为四组:I~+Se~+组,I~+Se~-组,I~-Se~+组。I~-Se~-组。采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)示踪技术观察了喂养30周大鼠甲状腺细胞膜通透性变化。结果表明,缺碘组(I~-Se~+和 I~-Se~-)含 HRP 反应产物细胞的数密度明显高于补碘组(I~+Se~+和 I~+Se~-),缺硒也有此作用,但其作用效果远不如缺碘的作用显著,而主要表观在缺碘的条件下,缺硒可使含反应产物细胞数量明显增多,但在碘正常情况下缺硒的影响则不明显。提示缺碘是造成甲状腺细胞损伤而膜通透性增大的主要原因,在缺碘条件下缺硒可加重细胞损伤。

Abstract:Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups based on factorial design principle:group I~+ Se~+,I~+ Se~-,I~-Se~+ and I~- Se~-.We observed the permeability of thyroid cell of rats fed on special food of above four groups for 30weeks using Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) as a tracer.The results showed that the number of thyroid cells con-taining HRP product in group I~- Se~+ and I~- Se~- was markedly higher than that in group I~+ Se~- and I~+ Se~-.Seleniumdeficiency also increased the number of HRP product containing cells,but its effect was much less obvious than thatof iodine deficiency,and this effect of selenium deficiency only occourred in the case of iodine deficiency and in io-dine sufficiency the effect became insignificant.These findings suggest that iodine deficiency is a mojor cause of thy-roid cell damage and may increas permeability of cell membrane,and selenium deficiency can worsen thyroid damagein iodine deficiency.
