小儿肾病综合征的家庭护理对策及护理干预分析

目的研究并分析小儿肾病综合征的家庭护理对策及护理干预效果。方法将我院2009年12月-2012年6月期间共收治的80例小儿肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组分别由40例小儿肾病综合征患者组成,给予两组小儿患者常规治疗,即激素、饮食、利尿剂、调整血脂、控制血压、纠正水电解质紊乱等。对照组的小儿患者在上述常规治疗的基础上给予常规的肾病综合征护理,而观察组的小儿患者则在常规护理的基础上外加家庭护理干预,将两组小儿患者的临床疗效进行对比与分析。结果观察组的小儿患者无论在疾病的治愈率还是在基本的复发率等方面均明显优于对照组的小儿患者,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预对于小儿肾病综合征的患者而言十分重要,其不仅能够有效的提高疾病的治愈率,还能够明显降低疾病的复发率,护理疗效十分显著,值得推广和借鉴。

Pediatric nephrotic syndrome family nursing countermeasure and analysis of nursing intervention

Objective To study and analysis of pediatric nephrotic syndrome family nursing measures and nursing intervention.Methods In our hospital from 2009 December to 2012 June a total of 80 cases of infantile nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of two groups,each group consists of 40 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients,given to two groups of pediatric patients undergoing conventional treatment,i.e.hormones,diet,diuresis,adjusting blood lipid,agent control of blood pressure,correction of electrolyte disturbance.The control group of pediatric patients in the conventional therapy was given based on the conventional nephrotic syndrome nursing,while the observation group of pediatric patients in routine care based on external family nursing intervention,two groups of pediatric patients with the clinical efficacy of comparison and analysis.Results The observation group of pediatric patients in cure rate or in the fundamental recurrence rate etc were significantly better than the control group in the pediatric patient,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Family nursing intervention for children with nephrotic syndrome patients is very important,which not only can improve the cure rate,but also can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of disease,curative effect is very significant,be worth to popularize and use.
