摘    要:目的为了探索适合我院双语教学的有效途径和方法,在护理专升本层次的《儿科护理学》课程,开展了在多媒体环境下将案例引入的双语教学尝试。方法实验班《儿科护理学》中部分内容用英汉双语教学,同时在多媒体环境下,将案例引入,对照班用汉语教学。结果①双语教学后,实验班与对照班四级以上英语考试通过率分别是16人(70.1%),6人(18.8%),χ2=16.6,P<0.01。②实验班儿科护理学成绩为(91±2.7)分,对照班是(84±3.1)分,P<0.01。③绝大多数学生愿意接受双语教学,认同这种教学方法,也体会到双语教学有益于其英语阅读、表达能力的提高。结论双语教学不仅促进护理专升本学生的专业知识学习,同时有益于提升其英语综合水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore an effective way and a teaching method suitable for bilingual education in our college, bilingual teaching was used with the help of multimedia in Pediatric Nursing at the transitional level from high school students to undergraduates. Methods In experimental class : part of the contents of pediatric nursing was taught in both Chinese and English ; meanwhile, cases were introduced with the help of multimedia courseware. In contrast, in the control class, which was of the same level with the experimental class, classes were conducted in Chinese. Results After bilingual teaching, the percentage of the students who passed the National College English Test (band 4) was 70.1% (16) in the experimental class, which was significantly higher than 18.8% (6) in the control class (x^2 = 16.6, P 〈0.01 ). There was also a very significant difference in the scores of Pediatric Nursing examination between the two classes, 91 ± 2.7 in the experimental class and 84 ± 3.1 in the control class (P 〈 0.01 ). The vast majority of students were willing to receive bilingual education, including teaching mode and methods. At the same time they felt that bilingual teaching was beneficial to improving their English reading and expression. Conclusion Bilingual teaching enables students to acquire more professional knowledge and enhance their overall English level.
