| 摘 要： | 对青少年近视615只眼采用阿托品麻痹调节后验光，根据中华医学会眼科学会眼屈光学组的分类标准进行分类：假性近视占9．27％，混合性近视占42．28％，真性近视占48．46％。年龄愈小、常态调节下近视屈光度愈低者，假性近视愈多；年龄愈大、常态调节下近视屈光度愈高者，真性近视愈多。

| Abstract: | Six hundred and fifteen (615) eyes of juvenile my-opia were refracted with autorefractometer be fore andunder atropine cycloplegia. They were classified,accord-ing to the criteria formulated by the Section of Refrac-tion of the Chinese Society of Ophthalmology,into (1)Preudomyopia, 9. 27% (myopia totally relieved by at-ropine cycloplegia ), (2 ) mixed myopia, 42. 28 % (myopiaalleviated by atropine cycloplegia),and (3)true myopia,48. 46% (myopia unaltered under atropine cycloplegia ).The proportion of pseudomyopia was higher among my-opes of younger and minor degrees in dynamic accom-modation. The proportion of true myopia was higher a-mong myopes of elder and major degrees in dynamic ac-commodation. |
