| 摘 要： | 应用Nd：YAG激光睫状体光凝术对15例19眼难以控制的晚期青光眼进行治疗，随访观察平均6个月，使眼压得到有效的控制，经病理检查证实：激光精确的能量和准确地击中睫状体房水分泌结构是降压效果的关键。此新式治疗方法，具有操作简单，术后反应轻，可重复治疗等优点，有临床推广使用和进一步的研究价值。

| Abstract: | Ninteen eyes of 15 patients with advanced uncon-trolled glaucoma underwent Nd: YAG cyclophotoco-agulation. After a mean follow-up of 6 months,introc-ular pressure (IOP) was effectively controlled. Patho-logic diagnosis tested: for ciliary aqueous coustitution,precise energy and beat is the key to drop of IOP- This new treatment had the advantages of simiplicity,slight reaction,repetition. It is worthey of clinical appilcation. |
