小切口非乳化人工晶状体植入术临床研究

目的评价小切口非乳化人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法:对366例398眼老年性白内障行5.5-6.0mm巩膜隧道切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入手术。并与同期进行的超声乳化人工晶状体植入术102例118眼进行对比。结果:术后3天、1周和1月裸眼视力≥0.5者分别为78.4%、85.4%和88%。术后1月平均散光为(0.78±0.34)D,与同期进行的超声乳化组比较差异均无显著性(p>0.05)。结论:此术式可获得与超声乳化术相近的术后效果,对Ⅳ级以上硬核白内障则更安全,而且设备简单,操作容易,费用较低,可在基层医院开展。

Clinical Observation on Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective To evaluate the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with IOL implantation.Methods The surgery was performed through a small scleral tunnel incision(5.5-6.0mm) by non-phacoemulsification and IOL implantation on 398 eyes of 366 patients with senile cataract.The surgical results were compared with 118 eyes of cataracts of 102 cases which were operated and implanted IOL with phacoemu lsification.Results Three days,one week and one month after operation,uncorrected visual acuities≥0.5 was in proper order 78.4%,85.4%,and 88%.One month after operation average astigmatism was(0.78±0.34)D.There is no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion This surgical method has the similar effectiveness with phacoemulsification,which is safer and cheaper to the hard nucleus cataracts above level,no complicated equipment needed and it is easily performed in the grass-roots units.
