超声造影定量分析技术评估大鼠肝纤维化程度的初步研究

摘    要:目的将超声造影定量分析技术应用于大鼠肝纤维化模型,筛选相关的定量参数评估肝纤维化程度。方法对92例硫代乙酰胺(TAA)诱导的肝纤维化雄性SD大鼠自第3周起分批进行超声造影检查.使用定量分析软件SW—UCS-1对造影图像进行定量分析,得出各项定量参数,并与病理结果相比较。结果大鼠肝纤维化病理分级如下:S0 11例,S1 14例,S2 30例,S3 27例,S4 10例。超声造影定量参数中与纤维化程度有相关性的参数有:强度增量(r=-0.508,P〈0.001)、峰值减半速率(r=0.448,P〈0.001)、峰值强度(r=-.663,P〈0.001)、曲线下面积(r=-0.773,P〈0.001)及肝动静脉渡越时间(r=-0.642,P〈0.001)。结论超声造影定量分析技术可间接反映大鼠模型的肝纤维化程度。

Abstract:Objective Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) was used in a rat model with liver fibrosis in order to investigate quantitative parameters correlated with fibrosis grades. Methods Ninety-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced as liver fibrosis models by thioacetamide (TAA). Results The fibrosis stage on pathology was as the following: S0=11, S1=14, S2=30, S3=27, and S4=10. There were statistical correlations between fibrosis stage and al (r=-0.508, P〈0.001 ), PI (r=-0.663, P〈0.001), AUC (r=-0.773, P〈0.001), and transit time (r=-0.642, P〈0.001) from ROI of hepatic parenchyma. Conclusion The quantitative parameters on the time-intensity curve of dynamic CEUS images reflect the hepatic fibrosis stage in the rat model.
