| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨切开复位内固定治疗垂直不稳定骨盆骨折的疗效。方法：3年来采用切开复位内固定治疗垂直不稳定骨盆骨折81例。固定方法有：前环骨折采用接骨板固定；后环骨折分离采用骶骨棒，重建接骨板，松质骨螺钉，经皮中空松质骨拉力螺钉固定。结果：81例病人全部能自主下地行走，无腰腿痛、患肢缩短等并发症。结论：垂直不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study results of open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)to vertically unstable pelvic fractures.Methods: Eighty-one patients with vertically unstable pelvic fractures had been treated by open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)since 2002.The methods include anterior ring fixed by plates,posterior ring internal fixation by using sacral bars or sacroilac lag screw.Results: The average range of follow-up was 18 months.The results showed that good results had been gained without morbidity.Conclusion: The results are satisfied if vertically unstable pelvic fractures are treated by open reduction and internal fixation operation. |
