CAF方案联合平消胶囊治疗乳腺癌术后临床观察

目的:观察平消胶囊减轻乳腺癌术后化疗或者术前新辅助患者的不良反应和对免疫功能的影响。方法:选择60例乳腺癌术后患者,分为两组,进行临床疗效观察,治疗组31例,用平消胶囊联合化疗,对照组29例,单用化疗。结果:治疗组显效5例,有效20例,无效6例,有效率为70.96%(25/31);对照组显效1例,有效17例,无效11例,有效率为58.62%(18/28),两组间在化疗临床疗效方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒副反应上治疗组WBC下降在化疗后2、3周与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),但是化疗后1周与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。T细胞亚群水平检测示平消胶囊能够提高免疫功能,与治疗前对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:平消胶囊联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后患者,疗效显著,毒副作用减少,能增加机体免疫功能及抗癌能力,提高患者的生存率和生存质量。

Clinical Study on Efficacy of CAF Chemotherapy Combining with Pingxiao Capsule on Patients with Breast Cancer after Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of CAF combining with Pingxiao capsule as the adjuvant chemotherapy after operation in the treatment of breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients with breast cancer after operation were treated with CAF chemotherapy.The treatment group(31 cases) combined with Pingxiao capsule while in the control group(29 cases) using CAF chemotherapy alone.Results:The clinical objective responses of treatment group were 5 cases of signifcant effect,20 cases of effect,6 cases of invalid and the percent of efficiency was 70.96%(25/31).In the control group,1 cases of signifcant effect,17 cases of effect,11 cases of invalid and the percent of efficiency was 58.62%(25/31).The difference of chemotherapeutic effect between the two groups had a significant differeace(P<0.05).Taking side effect into account,there was a significant difference in neutropenia after two or three weeks’ chemotherapy comparing with control group(P<0.05).But there was no obvious difference after one week chemotherapy(P>0.05).The result of the level of T cell subsets in treatment group was higher than that of control group,compared with that before treatment there was a significant difference.Conclusion:The combination of CAF and Pingxiao capsule is more effective than the single usage of CAF chemotherapy,and the treatment group can decrease the side effects,enhance the immune function and the quality of life for breast cancer patients.
