缓慢捻进针法配合隔姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

目的:观察缓慢捻进针法配合隔姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者按就诊顺序随机分成两组,治疗组48例采用缓慢捻进针法配合隔姜灸治疗,对照组48例采用常规针刺治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率93.75%,有效率100%;对照组治愈率64.58%,有效率87.5%。经统计学处理,两组治愈率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),两组有效率比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:缓慢捻进针法配合隔姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效优于常规针刺。

Clinical Observation of Effect on External Humeral Epicondylitis By Slowly-Twisting-Into Acupuncture Technique and Ginger-Separated Moxibustion

Objective:To assess the clinical effect of Slowly-twisting-into Acupuncture Technique for external humeral epicondylitis.Methods96 cases of external humeral epicondylitis were randomly distributed into two groups,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Slowly-twisting-into Acupuncture Technique and Ginger——separated Moxibustion,The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.The curative effect was observed.Results:The cure rate was 93.75% in the treatment group,64.58% in the control group;the efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group,87.5% in the control group.There was a very notable difference in the cure rate between the two groups(P<0.01);there was a significant difference in the efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of External Humeral Epicondylitis treated by Slowly-twisting-into Acupuncture Technique combined with Ginger-Separated Moxibustion is better than conventional acupuncture.
