不同种源黄芩的质量比较研究

目的:本研究对不同种源黄芩的质量进行比较研究,以便为有效地控制黄芩药材质量和选育优良的栽培品种提供参考。方法:利用HPLC等方法,依据《中华人民共和国药典》(2010版),对不同种源黄芩(山东、甘肃、陕西、山西)的总灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物及黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:山东黄芩中总灰分含量为4.70%,水分含量为4.78%,醇溶性浸出物含量为65.88%,黄芩苷含量为14.98%;甘肃黄芩中总灰份含量为5.73%,水分含量为7.61%,醇溶性浸出物含量为40.85%,黄芩苷含量为12.17%;山西黄芩中总灰分含量为5.42%,水分含量为3.95%,醇溶性浸出物含量为55.25%,黄芩苷含量为10.40%;陕西黄芩中总灰分含量为5.34%,水分含量为3.01%,醇溶性浸出物含量为56.71%,黄芩苷含量为11.89%。结论:四种源黄芩质量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定。黄芩的质量标准主要以醇溶性浸出物与黄芩苷含量为依据,山东黄芩的这两项指标均比其他种源黄芩高,山东黄芩的质量最佳。

The Comparative Study on Quality of Scutellaria of Different Sources

Objective:This study was carried out to compare the qualities of different sources scutellaria,to provide reference for quality control and seed selection of cultivated scutellaria.Methods:According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 version),the total ash,moisture and alcohol extract content of scutellaria from different sources(Shandong,Gansu,Shaanxi,Shanxi) were assayed.The baicalin contents of different scutellaria were determined by HPLC.Results:Shandong scutellaria:total ash content 4.70%,moisture content 4.78%,alcohol extract content 65.88%,baicalin content 14.98%;Gansu scutellaria:total ash content 5.73%,moisture content 7.61%,alcohol extract content 40.85%,baicalin content 12.17%;Shanxi scutellaria:total ash content 5.42%,moisture content 3.95%,alcohol extract content 55.25%,baicalin content 10.40%;Shaanxi scutellaria: total ash content 5.34%,moisture content 3.01%,alcohol extract content 56.71%,baicalin content 11.89%.Conclusion:The qualities of these four Scutellaria are accorded with Chinese Pharmacopoeia requirements.The content of baicalin and the content of alcohol extract of Shandong scutellaria are higher than others;Shandong scutellaria has the best quality.
