水红花子炮制品化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究水红花子炮制品的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱进行分离,通过波谱数据和理化性质进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十烷酸(Ⅰ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),白桦酯酸(Ⅲ),22-O-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-cinnamyl)-docosanoic acid(Ⅳ),3,5,7-三羟基色原酮(Ⅴ),paprazine(Ⅵ),槲皮素(Ⅶ),花旗松素(Ⅷ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:首次对水红花子炮制品进行了系统分离。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the processed Fructus Polygoni Orientalis.Methods:Isolation and purification were carried out on repeated silica to get column chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by physic-chemical properties and spectral analyses.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified:icosanoic acid(I),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),betulinic acid(Ⅲ),22-O-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-cinnamyl)-docosanoic acid(Ⅵ),3,5,7-trihydrochromone(V),Paprazine(VI),quercetin(Ⅶ),taxifolin(Ⅷ),Daucosterol(IX).Conclusion:It’s the first time that processed Fructus Polygoni Orientalis has been carried on the system separation.
