情志病证发病相关因素的Logistic回归分析

目的:探讨情志病证发病相关因素的影响作用,构建情志病证发病危险因素的logistic回归模型。方法:本研究以由明显的情志病因导致发病,临床表现具有显著情绪异常及其相应躯体症状的患者60例为研究对象,以健康体检者60例为正常对照,采用单因素logistic回归分析、多因素logistic回归分析方法,探讨性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、体质、遗传因素、应激性生活事件、人格、应对方式、社会支持度等自变量与情志病证的相关性,构建情志病证发病危险因素的logistic回归模型。结果:单因素logistic回归分析结果显示,自变量气郁质(OR=6.257,95%CI=1.963-19.948)、平和质(OR=0.172,95%CI=0.047-0.633),性别(OR=0.471,95%CI=0.226-0.982)、积极应对方式(OR=0.322,95%CI=0.174-0.596)、社会总支持度(OR=0.479,95%CI=0.329-0.698)、消极应对方式(OR=5.508,95%CI=2.327-13.038)、应激性生活事件(OR=32.500,95%CI=11.867-89.008)被选入模型,其中平和质、性别、积极应对方式、社会总支持度OR值小于1,95%可信区间最大值也小于1,而气郁质、消极应对方式、应激性生活事件OR值大于1,95%可信区间最小值也大于1。在进行单因素logistic回归分析的基础上再进行多因素logistic回归分析,只有应激性生活事件、消极应对方式进入回归模型。结论:平和质、性别、积极应对方式、社会总支持度为情志病证发病保护因素,气郁质、消极应对方式、应激性生活事件气郁质、消极应对方式、应激性生活事件,为情志病证发病相关因素,其中应激性生活事件、消极应对方式是情志病证发病的主效应因素,既情志病证的危险因素。

Logistic Regression Analysis of Relative Elements about Emotional Disease

Objective:To study the factors relating with emotional disease to establish the Logistic regression model.Methods:This paper selected 60 cases result in pathogenesis by obvious emotional pathogenesis,and clinic behavior had notable emotional disorders and relevant physique symptom patients as research object,60 cases healthy medical check persons as normal control.Make use of single factor and multiple factor logistic regression analysis to discuss the emotional diseases relativity with sex,age,occupation,culture degree,constitution,hereditary factors,Stressful Life Events,personality,coping style,social support degree and etc,independent variable to expound constitution′s effect and function within emotional diseases pathogenesis correlative factors to establish the Logistic regression model.Results:The result of single factor logistic regression analysis showed that independent variable Qi-stagnation constitution(OR=6.257,95%CI=1.963-19.948),Mild constitution(OR=0.172,95%CI=0.047-0.633),sex(OR=0.471,95%CI=0.226-0.982),positive coping style(OR=0.322,95%CI=0.174-0.596),whole social support degree(OR=0.479,95%CI=0.329-0.698),negative coping style(OR=5.508,95%CI=2.327-13.038),Stressful Life Events(OR=32.500,95%CI=11.867-89.008) are selected into model,hereinto,OR value of mild constitution,sex,positive coping style,whole social support degree were less than 1,and the maximum of 95% confidence interval was less than 1 too,it′s said that mild constitution,sex,positive coping style,whole social support degree are negative correlation with emotional diseases′ syndrome.However OR value of Qi-stagnation constitution,negative coping style,Stressful Life Events were more than 1,and the minimum of 95% confidence interval were more than 1 too.Based on the single logistic regression analysis carry through the multiple factor logistic regression analysis to discuss the effect function of emotional diseases′ pathogenesis every relative elements,only Stressful Life Events,positive coping style entry into the regression model.Conclusion:Mild constitution,sex,positive coping style,whole social support degree are the protecting elements of emotional diseases′ pathogenesis,and Qi-stagnation constitution,negative coping style,Stressful Life Events are the relative element of emotional diseases′ pathogenesis,however Stressful Life Events and positive coping style are the main effect element of emotional diseases′ pathogenesis.
