| 摘 要： | 该文认为中风日久脏腑衰微,气血津液亏耗,瘀血、痰湿、气郁夹杂,后遗症期病机以"虚"和"瘀"为主,从"脾"论治可以起到扶助正气、祛瘀生新、标本兼顾、驱邪而不伤正的特点。

| Abstract: | Squealer of stroke is mainly due to deficiency and stasis because Zang-fu organs has become weak;Qi and blood and body fluid are consumed,which lead to blood stasis,phlegm dampness and Qi depression.Treating the squealer from spleen can supplement the vital-Qi,eliminate blood stasis,without damaging the vital-Qi. |
