| 摘 要： | 目的:观察股骨粗隆间骨折实施辨证施护的效果。方法:针对股骨粗隆间骨折不同证型的证候特点,采取辨证施护。结果:100例患者骨折完全愈合,无并发症的发生。结论:股骨粗隆间骨折的辨证施护能够促进骨折愈合、减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:The intertrochanteric fractures nursing effect based on syndrom differentiation was observed.Methods:According to the femoral intertrochanteric fracture with different syndrome characteristics,adopt the dialectical nursing.Results:100 patients fractures healed completely,no complications.Conclusion:For femoral intertrochanteric fractures in patients with the implementation of dialectic nursing can promote the fracture healing,reduce the complications,improve the quality of patients’ life. |
