| 摘 要： | 探讨重复测量设计与分析方法在中医药治疗慢性疾病临床疗效评价中的应用以及应用中应注意的问题;通过对目前常用临床研究方案进行分析,在传统方案的基础上,引进重复测量设计的方法。该设计方法既遵循了随机对照试验的基本思想,同时又考虑到某指标在不同时间点上的关联性或该指标随时间变化的趋势,为中医药治疗慢性疾病的临床疗效评价提供一个更为合理和客观的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the design and analysis method of repetitive measure in TCM therapy for chronic disease clinical efficacy evaluation and application of some important problems in application.Based on current clinical research scheme analysis,the basis of the traditional scheme,introduce the design methods of repetitive measure.This design method both followed the basic idea of randomized controlled trials,also consider the relevance of some indexes at different points or the tendency of changes with time,providing a more rational and objective method of the evaluation of clinical curative effect on treating chronic disease with Chinese medicine. |
