中医五神学说的临床意义初探

中医五神学说是古人对于个体的精神心理活动及部分行为活动的一种认识,充分体现了中医"形神统一"的理论。在明确中医五神内涵及外延的基础上,进一步发掘中医五神与精神心理活动的相关性,基于此,通过对五神病变的临床表现进行概括总结,阐明中医五神学说对于精神心理活动异常疾患辨证论治的重要性。结合临床上一些精神心理活动异常疾患辨治的需要,拟建立一套基于中医五神学说的辨证思维模式,以期对中医临床医疗实践活动有所借鉴。

Primary Study on Clinical Significance of the Theory of Five Spirits of TCM

The theory of five spirits of TCM is the knowledge of people’s psychomotility and part activities,it adequately manifests the theory of the body-soul unity.On the basis of articulating the connotation of the five spirits of TCM,the correlation of five spirits of TCM and mental activity is further explored.Based on the correlation and the clinical manifestations of five spirits disorders were summarized,we clarify the importance of the theory of five spirits of TCM to the mental diseases.Combined with clinical mental psychological quirks disease differentiation needs,we want to establish a set of differentiation thinking mode based on the theory of five spirits of TCM,in hopes that it can be helpful to the clinical practices.
