醒脑阴阳透刺法治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的:寻求一种治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为针刺1组、针刺2组、药物组,每组各20例;3组均采用内科西药常规治疗,针刺1组加用传统针刺法,针刺2组加用醒脑阴阳透刺法;通过神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力量表的评定,判定临床疗效。结果:(1)3组组内比较均能明显减少神经功能缺损程度评分(P<0.01);组间比较,两个针刺组均明显优于药物组(P<0.01),且针刺2组优于明显针刺1组(P<0.01)。(2)3组组内比较均能明显提高日常生活活动Barthel指数(BI)计分(P<0.01);组间比较,两个针刺组明显优于药物组(P<0.01),针刺2组优于针刺1组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑阴阳透刺法能改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,为治疗急性脑梗死的一种较有效的方法。

Refreshing Yin and Yang Through Barbed Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To find a treatment for acute cerebral infarction and effective method.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into an acupuncture group,acupuncture 2 group,drug group,20 patients in each;three groups were treated with conventional western medicine,acupuncture 1 group plus traditional acupuncture,acupuncture2 group plus refreshing yin and yang,by neurological deficit score and activities of daily living scale of assessment to determine clinical efficacy.Results:(1)The three groups can significantly reduce the neurological deficit scores(P<0.01);between the two groups,both the acupuncture groups were significantly better than the drug group(P<0.01),and the acupuncture group 2 significantly better than acupuncture group 1(P <0.01).(2)The three groups can significantly improve the Barthel Index(BI) score(P<0.01);between the two groups,two acupuncture groups was significantly better than the drug group(P<0.01),acupuncture 2 acupuncture group was better than group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:refreshing yin and yang through acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,treating acute cerebral infarction in a more effective method.
