电针干预对糖尿病肾病大鼠防治作用的实验研究

目的:研究电针疗法对糖尿病肾病大鼠的防治作用。方法:对60只SD雄性大鼠采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法来复制糖尿病肾病模型,成模后将其随机分为模型空白对照组、西药对照组和电针治疗组,同时另设空白对照组。对各组大鼠分别给予生理盐水、药物及电针干预,8周后检测各组大鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血尿素氮、血肌酐、24h尿微量白蛋白等指标,并取肾脏组织做病理观察。结果 :电针治疗组及西药对照组大鼠的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平及尿微量白蛋白排泄率明显低于模型空白对照组(P<0.05),其肾小球增大的程度及系膜细胞增生的程度较模型空白对照组有一定程度的减轻。结论电针疗法能有效改善糖尿病肾病大鼠的脂肪代谢紊乱和肾功能异常,并能在一定程度上减轻糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾脏病理损害,其对糖尿病肾病的预防及治疗作用与贝那普利相当。

Experimental Study about Preventing and Treating Effect of Electric Acupuncture Therapy on Rats with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the preventing and treating effect of electric acupuncture therapy on rats with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 SD rats were used to establish diabetic nephropathy model by injecting STZ in abdominal cavity.Rats were divided into model control group,control group with western medicine and therapeutic group with electric acupuncture after the model was established.The normal control group was installed at the same time.The rats in every group were intervened respectively by normal saline,medicine and electric acupuncture stimulation.8 weeks later,several indexes in every rat,such as fasting blood glucose,glycosylhemoglobin,blood lipid,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,urine minute albumin of 24 hours,and so on,were detected.The tissue of kidney in rats were collected and observed with optical microscope.Results:The levels of some indexes of rats in therapeutic group with electric acupuncture and control group with western medicine,such as serum total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,excretion rate of urine minute albumin,and so on,were lower than those in model control group significantly.The condition that glomerulus enlarged and mesangial cell proliferated were alleviated to some degree than that in model control group.Conclusion:The electric acupuncture therapy can improve the disorder of lipometabolism in rats with diabetic nephropathy and the abnormality of their renal function,and alleviate their pathological renal lesion to some degree,its preventing and treating function for diabetic nephropathy is equal to that of Benazepril.
