| 摘 要： | 目的:建立了连翘中芦丁的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(23∶77);检测波长:257nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1;进样量:20μL。结果:不同产地连翘中芦丁的含量差异显著。结论:此方法可用于检测连翘中芦丁的含量,为连翘的质量评价提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:The HPLC method was developed to determine Rutin in Forsythia suspensa.Methods:Use RP-HPLC and Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)columns.Mobile phase:acetonitrile-water solution.The detection wavelength:257nm;column temperature:30 ℃;velocity: 1.0 mL·min-1;the injection volume:20μL.Results:The level of Rutin in Forsythia suspensa from different commodities is significantly different.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of Rutin in Forsythia suspensa,which provides a scientific basis for quality assessment to Forsythia suspensa. |
