| 摘 要： | 从风寒湿三邪致病、热邪致病、血分致病三个方面详细阐述了银屑病关节炎的病因病机,并从三期辨证,分期治疗及中成药治疗方面对银屑病关节炎的中医治疗进行了探讨,强调了活血化瘀在治疗中的重要性,并认为银屑病关节炎的发生与免疫异常有关,治疗中可酌情应用虫类药,清热燥湿、祛风止痒的中药,引经药及藤类药。
