毛竹沥、刚竹沥的镇咳祛痰作用研究

摘    要:目的观察比较毛竹沥、刚竹沥的镇咳祛痰作用。方法采用枸椽酸和氨水造成豚鼠、小鼠咳嗽模型,观察毛竹沥、刚竹沥的镇咳作用;采用小鼠气管酚红分泌试验、兔离体气管粘液纤毛运动试验,观察毛竹沥、刚竹沥的祛痰作用。结果毛竹沥、刚竹沥能延迟咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;促进气管酚红分泌;加速气管粘液纤毛运动。结论毛竹沥、刚竹沥均具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of succus bambusaes from P. pubescens and P. Viridis.Methods Citric acid-induced in guinea pig and ammonia-induced in mouse cough models were conducted to observe the antitussive efect of succus bambusae. Tracheal phenol red test in mouse and the tracheal mucociliary transport activity of rabbit trachea slice in vitro were used to investigate their expectorant effects.Results Succus bambusaes of P. pubescens and P. Viridis could prolong the incubation period of cough and reduce the frequency of cough and increase the tracheal excretion of phenol red and speed up the tracheal mucociliary transport, obviously compared with that of the control group.Conclusion Succus bambusaes of P. pubescens and P. viridis have antitussive and expectorant effects.
