| 摘 要： | 本文测定11例绝经后妇女、10例绝经前妇女卵巢静脉与外周静脉中LH与FSH浓度。结果绝经前组卵巢静脉血中LH较外周静脉为低,差值为9.12Iu/L(P<0.05),绝经后组卵巢静脉血中LH与FSH均低于外周静脉血,差值分别为22.01与8.03Iu/L(P<0.01)。本文绝经后组,血液流经卵巢后其LH下降幅度较绝经前大,且FSH亦有下降,说明绝经后卵巢仍对促性腺激素发生反应,并在其控制下维持分泌细胞(特异性间质细胞与门细胞)的功能。

| Abstract: | LH and FSH were measured by radioimmunoassay in peripheral and varian venous plasmas of 11 postmenopausal and 10 premenopausal women. The concentrations of LH in peripheral vein was higher than that in the ovarian vein by 9.12 Iu/L in the follicular phase of premenopause (P< 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between the concentrations of FSH in peripheral and ovarian venous plasma of premenopause. The concentrations of LH and FSH in peripheral vein were higher than those in the ovarian vein by 22. 01 and 8. 03 Iu/L in postmenopausal women (P<0. 01). The postmenopausal ovary appears to be highly sensitive to gonodotrophins and continues its endocrine function under the control of gonodotrophins. |
