摘    要:甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是最常见的眼眶病。作为自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚不清。在免疫反应局部表达的粘附分子起关键的调节作用。细胞间粘附分子-1(1CAM-1)与其受体白细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1)的相互作用对于TAO的进展和持续起重要作用。其功能包括:激活并使单核细胞进入球后结缔组织,协助单核细胞在血管外移动并选择靶细胞识别并呈递抗原。可溶性粘附分子,尤其是ICAM-1和ELAM-1,可以作为TAO球后结缔组织炎症的标志。现综述粘附分子及其与甲状腺相关,病关系的研究的最新进展。

Abstract:The incidence rate of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is the highest one of orbit diseases. As an autoimmune disease,its mechanism is not clear. The local expression of certain adhesion molecules functions as a key regulatory role at the site of an inflammatory or immune process in TAO. The interaction of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-l ) and its receptor, lymphocyte function-associated antigen-l (LFA-l ), represents important mechanisms of the evolution and perpetuation of TAO. These functions include the activation and recrutment of mononuclear cells to retroocular connective tissues I their migration and targeting in the extravascula space, as well as the presentation and recognition of antigens. Soluble adhesion molecules, especially loAM-l and ELAM-l, may be a marker of retroocular connective innammation in TAO. This article summarized the research progression of adhesion molecules and the relationship between TAO and adhesion molecules.
