胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的观察胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法随机选取2007年8月—2012年8月我院收治的140例带状疱疹患者,随即分为观察组（70例）与对照组（70例）,分别采用胸腺肽联合干扰素以及单用胸腺肽方式治疗,比较两组患者治疗后止疱、止痛及结痂时间、整体疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组止疱、止痛以及结痂时间较对照组均明显要短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组和对照组不良情况发生率均为2.8%。结论胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗带状疱疹临床疗效显著,不良情况发生率低,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Effect Observation of Treating of Herpes Zoster with Thymosin Combined Interferon

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treating herpes zoster with thymosin combined interferon. Methods Choosed 140 herpes zoster patients from Aug.2007 to Aug.2012 to divide into study group adn controlled group with 70 cases in each other.Study group were treated with thymosin combined interferon,and controlled group were treated with thymosin only.Compared the time of response,scab form,analgesia and clinical effect and adverse effects in these two groups. Results The time of response,scab form,analgesia in study group was shorter than controlled group（P＆lt;0.05）,the effective rate in study group was 98.6%,and 88.6% in controlled group.The adverse effect in these two groups was 2.8%. Conclusion Treating herpes zoster with thymosin combined interferon has significant effect with less adverse effect to extend in clinic.
