| 摘 要： | 目的为了保证对青光眼患者做好整个围术期的临床护理工作,为后期护理工作的有效开展提供依据,现着重探讨对青光眼患者围术期的护理体会。方法回顾分析我院接受的68例青光眼手术患者的临床护理资料,按照护理方式的不同,将68例患者分为观察组（优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）,对比两组疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后的视力恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于青光眼患者来说,强化对其整个围术期护理能够最大限度提高手术的预后效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the experience of nursing for glaucoma patients perioperation to provide envidence in future.Methods Choosed clinical data of 68 patients to divide into study group with high quality nursing and controlled group with common quality.Compared the effect of nurisng in these two groups.Results The eyesight recovery in study group was better than controlled group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Strength nursing in perioperation for glaucoma patients could improve prognosis. |
