地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床对比观察

目的对比观察地屈孕酮和黄体酮治疗先兆流产的效果。方法将116例先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组56例。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,治疗组给予地屈孕酮,对比2组临床疗效和临床症状消失时间,同时对比2组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素和孕激素水平。结果治疗组有效率为91.67%高于对照组的82.14%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组临床症状平均消失时间为（7.93±1.08）d短于对照组的（9.14±1.43）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素和孕激素水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产疗效确切,值得临床推广。

The clinical comparative observation of dydrogesterone and progesterone in incipient abortion

Objective To comparative observation the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone and progesterone in incipient abortion.Methods 116 cases patients with incipient abortion were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（56 cases）.Control group was treated by progesterone.Treatment group was treated by dydrogesterone.After treatment,compared the clinical effect and the clinical symptoms disappeared time of two groups.Compared the level of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone of two group.Results The effective rate of treatment group（91.67%） was higher than that of control group（82.14%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The clinical symptoms disappeared time of treatment group（7.93 ± 1.08） d） ]was shorter than that of control group（9.14 ± 1.43） d],the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The level of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone of treatment group was higher than that before treatment and was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Dydrogesterone in treatment of threatened abortion has a good efficacy,worthy of clinical application.
