糖尿病饮食治疗的临床效果观察

目的观察饮食干预对糖尿病患者的影响。方法对糖尿病患者280例干预前给予常规饮食指导,干预时根据患者自身情况制订饮食治疗方案。观察并记录饮食治疗干预前后患者体质量及血糖水平变化情况。结果干预后患者空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均低于干预前,血糖达标率及体质量下降值均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采取饮食治疗,可改善患者血糖水平,控制患者体质量,对提高糖尿病治疗效果及改善预后均有一定的促进作用。

Clinical effect observation of diet therapy in treatment of diabetes

Objective To observe the impact of diet intervention on patients with diabetes.Methods Selected 280 cases patients with diabetes randomly,and gave diet intervention,before intervention,gave routine diet guidance,and then seted diet therapy according to conditions of patients.Observed and recorded weight and blood glucose level of patients before and after diet intervention.Results After intervention,fasting blood-glucose and 2 hour post meal bood glucose level were lower than those of before intervention,blood glucose achieved rate and drop out value of weight were higher than those of before intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Adopting diet therapy to patients with diabetes,can improve their blood glucose level and cotrol their body weight,and has certain promote effect to improve clinical effect and prognosis.
