| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法将89例异位妊娠患者据手术方式的不同分为腹腔镜组47例和开腹组42例。腹腔镜组予腹腔镜手术治疗,开腹组予常规开腹手术治疗。比较2组手术时间和术后住院时间。结果腹腔镜组手术时间及术后住院时间均短于开腹组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠创伤小、康复快,效果优于开腹手术,是较理想的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 89 cases patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into laparoscopic group（47 cases） and laparotomy group（42 cases）.Laparoscopic group were given treatment of laparoscopic surgery,and laparotomy group were treated with routine laparotomy operation.Compared the operation time and post operation hospitalization time of 2 groups.Results Operation time and post operation hospitalization time of laparoscopic group were shorter than those of laparotomy group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is less traumatic and quicker recovery,has a better efficacy than laparotomy,and it＇s an ideal way of surgery. |
