米非司酮联合依沙吖啶应用于中期妊娠引产的临床观察

目的观察米非司酮联合依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法将93例中期妊娠引产患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组45例。对照组予依沙吖啶100mg羊膜腔内注射;治疗组在对照组基础上予米非司酮50mg口服,每天2次,直至胎儿排除。比较2组宫缩发动时间、产程时间、出血量、胎盘残留率、软产道裂伤、引产成功率及不良反应情况。结果治疗组宫缩发动时间、产程时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,胎盘残留率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。2组软产道裂伤、引产成功率及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论米非司酮联合依沙吖啶应用于中期妊娠引产疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of mifepristone combine with ethacridine in the treatment of intermediate pregnancy induced labor

Objective To observe the effect of mifepristone combine with ethacridine in the treatment of intermediate pregnancy induced labor.Methods 93 cases patients with intermediate pregnancy induced labor were randomly divided into treatment group（48 cases） and control group（45 cases）.Control group were treated with ethacridine 100 mg intra-amniotic injection,treatment group,on basis of control group,were treated with mifepristone 50 mg oral,twice a day,until the baby was delivered.Combined the contractions started time,labor time,bleeding amount,placental residual rate,soft birth canal laceration,successful induction rate and adverse reaction of 2 groups.Results The contractions started time,labor time of treatment group were shorter than those of control group,bleeding amount was less than that of control group,placental residual rate lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.And there was no significant differerce in soft birth canal laceration,successful induction rate and adverse reaction of 2 group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of mifepristone combine with ethacridine in the treatment of intermediate pregnancy induced labor is significant,and worthy of clinical application.
