阿托伐他汀联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将200例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。2组均予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上予阿托伐他汀治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用中药麝香保心丸治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为98%高于对照组的73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合中药制剂麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,且安全无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of atorvastatin combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 200 cases patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 100 cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment,control group,on basis of that,were treated with atorvastatin,experimental group,on basis of control group,were treated with atorvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill.Observed the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group（98%） was higher than that of control group（73%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is significant,safe and has no adverse reaction,and worthy of clinical application.
