甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管异位妊娠的疗效。方法 113例异位妊娠患者随机分为甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮组(治疗组)和单用甲氨蝶呤组(对照组),对两组疗效及不良反应进行分析。结果治疗组治愈率94.52%,对照组治愈率82.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组血β-HCG值在用药5d时检测即有下降,对照组于10d后检测时才有明显下降,在5、10、15d时两组间血β-HCG值比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组5.5%不良反应发生率明显低于对照组17.5%。结论甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管异位妊娠安全有效,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Mifepristone Combined with Methotrexate in Treatment of Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred and thirteen patients with tubal ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into methotrexate combined with mifepristone group （treatment group） and methotrexate group （control group）,the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The curative rates of treatment group and control group were 94.52% and 82.5%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The value of serum β-HCG of treatment group was decreased on the fifth day of treatment,while the value of serum β-HCG of control group was decreased significantly on the tenth day of treatment.There were statistically significant differences in the values of serum β-HCG on the fifth,tenth,fifteenth days of treatment between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions of treatment group （5.5%） was significantly lower than that of control group （17.5%）.Conclusions Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective,thus it is worthy to be popularized.
