| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法对３９例肾小球疾病患儿和２０例正常儿童进行了血浆内皮素含量的测定，并对部分患儿进行了动态观察。急性肾小球肾炎急性期、单纯性肾病急性期和肾功能不全患儿血浆内皮素含量分别为：１００．１±３１．０ｐｇ／ｍｌ，８７．１±１１．９ｐｇ／ｍｌ，１７６．４±１７．３ｐｇ／ｍｌ，均明显高于正常儿童的测定值５８．９±１２．３ｐｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。在经过治疗后的恢复期，血浆内皮素的含量均明显下降，提示血浆内皮素的含量与肾小球疾病的发生与转归有关。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors reported the levels of plasma endothelin in 39 casesglomerular disease and 20 cases normal children which was determined by radioimmunoas-say,part of the patients were studied connectively. The results showed that the plasmaendothelin were marked increase in the patients of renal insufficiency(178.4±17.3 pg/ml)and the acute phase of acute glomerulonephritis(100.1±31.0 pg/ml)and simplenephropathy(87.1±11.9 pg/ml )than normal control(58.9±12.3 pg/ml).After theeffective treatment,the plasma endothelin decreased markedly and recovered to the nomoral.It′s suggested that the plasma endothelin was correlaed with the occur and progression ofglomerular disease. |
