| 摘 要： | 口服免疫耐受是通过口服抗原后引起机体对该抗原不产生或产生低免疫反应的一种特异性无应答状态。口服耐受的机制尚未完全明了 ,可能与克隆清除、克隆无能、克隆忽视、抗独特型抗体或抑制细胞有关。近年来应用口服耐受机制已成功地用于治疗多种自身免疫性疾病 ,由于无毒副作用 ,为一些自身免疫性疾病的治疗带来了希望。

| Abstract: | Oral tolerance is a state of antigen-specific i mmunologic al unresponsiveness that can be induced by oral self or nonself antigens.The ex act mechanism was unknown,it related to the clonal deletion,clonal anergy,clo nal ignorance,immune deviation,clonal abortion,receptor editing,anti-idioty pe antibody and suppressor cells.In recent years,the oral tolerance was used to treat some autoimmune diseases successfully.Because its minimal toxicology,it br ings the hopes for the treatment of some autoimmune diseases. |
