| 摘 要： | 肺心病是呼吸系统的常见疾病,虽然近年来它的发病机制和治疗研究已取得了很大进展,但是发病率和病死率仍较高。体液因子与肺心病发病的相关性研究已逐渐深入,最近发现尾加压素Ⅱ与肺心病的发生、发展及预后可能密切相关。尾加压素Ⅱ拮抗剂的研究也许可揭示肺心病患者的发病机制,为肺心病的治疗提供新的方向。现就尾加压素Ⅱ与肺心病关系的研究进展简要综述。

| Abstract: | Pneumocardial disease is the common disease in respiratory system, oi which the inci-dence rate and case fatality are still high although the studies about its pathogenesis and therapy had achieved great achievement. Recent researches showed that urotensin-Ⅱ maybe have close relationship with the genesis, development and prognosis of pneumocardial disease. The study about antagon of uro-tensin-Ⅱ maybe reveal the pathogensis of pneumocardial disease,which will provide new orientation for its therapy. This article reviews progresses about relationship between urotensin-Ⅱ and pneumocardial disease. |
