| 摘 要： | 目的调查乳腺癌术后患者存在的心理问题以及相关因素,实施正确护理,以减轻心理困扰程度。方法对36例乳腺癌患者手术前后进行问卷法调查。结果干预后患者身体和心理困扰人数均有下降。结论所有乳腺癌患者都有不同程度的心理困扰,实施护理干预后心理困扰程度明显降低,身心健康水平得到提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological-problems of patients with breast cancer and relative factors in hope for proper care and reduce the degree of psychological distress. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 36 cases with breast cancer before and after the surgery. Results After nursing intervention, the number of patients with physical and psychological problems decreased. Conclusion The degree of psychological distress can be significantly reduced by nursing intervention in breast cancer patients with different degrees of mental distress, and the level of physical and mental health could also be improved. |
