| 摘 要： | 目的:观察荔枝核颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法:对照组46例采用一般护肝治疗,治疗组48例在一般护肝治疗用药基础上加用荔枝核颗粒治疗,治疗时间两组均为6个月,通过肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标评价疗效.结果:治疗组及对照组患者肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标均有改善,但在部分指标上,治疗组优于对照组.结论:荔枝核颗粒对慢性乙型肝炎有较好的治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effects of particles of lychee nut stone in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:As control group,46 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with common treatment.48 patients were treated with particles of lychee nut stone and common treatment in therapy group.The curative effect was evaluated according to the liver functions and fibrosis indices.The therapy times last 6 months in two groups.Results:The liver functions and fibrosis indices had improvement in therapy group and control group.But in some marker,the therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Particles of lychee nut stone have better effects in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. |
