摘    要:目的探讨甲状腺动脉栓塞治疗Graves病的解剖学基础。方法对22具(44侧)成人尸体甲状腺动脉进行解剖研究(尸体组),8例(16侧)甲状腺功能正常(正常组)及17例(34侧)Graves病患者(甲亢组)的甲状腺动脉造影进行影像学研究。结果从介入治疗的角度得到了甲状腺上、下动脉起点位置及方位,非腺体支与腺体血管内径、长度、角度等的解剖及影像统计学资料,并对腺体支的吻合和危险吻合进行了观察。结论①Graves病具有介入栓塞治疗的血供基础,其甲状腺动脉改变有利于介入栓塞治疗。自动塑形软头导管可超选择插入甲状腺动脉腺体支。甲状腺下动脉的袢状走行是识别它的重要影像学标志。栓塞应达到腺体小叶动脉,并避开非腺体支和危险吻合。②尸体组所测值可作为正常人甲状腺动脉的参数。
