银川市妇女围绝经期综合征及其影响因素分析

目的了解银川市妇女围绝经期综合征患病的临床特点及其影响因素,并对围绝经期综合征的预防保健提出合理化建议。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法,分城、乡两层,调查城市5个社区、农村2乡6村。对样本点的40-60岁围绝经期妇女共计1301人,以问卷的形式进行面对面的询问调查。结果银川市围绝经期综合征的患病率（83.3%）高于全国平均水平（2/3）;出现围绝经期综合征症状的平均年龄为（45.74±3.6）岁,绝经的平均年龄为（48.40±3.2）岁;采用改良的Kuppem an评分表调查显示围绝经期综合征症状排列前五位的是烦躁易怒71.48%,失眠70.33%,疲倦无力69.95%,潮热多汗68.41%,头晕67.72%;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,影响前五个症状的主要因素为年龄、职业、体重指数、收入、婚姻状况及其他疾病的患病情况。结论围绝经期综合征严重影响着妇女的身体健康及生活质量,开展社区卫生保健服务,开设专科门诊及心理辅导,提高妇女自我保健意识,倡导健康生活习惯,帮助妇女平稳度过围绝经期。

The peri -menopausal syndrome and its influence factors in Yinchuan

Objective To learn the clinical features of peri-menopausal syndrome and its influence factors in Yinchuan,further to provide to rationalized proposals to prevent to peri-menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 1301 peri-menopausal women aged 40-60 years were investigated by using stratified-cluster randomized sampling method in 5 cities communities and 6 villages out of 2 rural.The investigation was conducted by questionnaire with the face-to-face inquiries.Results The prevalence of peri-menopausal syndrome（83.3%） was higher in Yinchuan than that of national average rate（2/3）.The average age among peri-menopausal women was 45.74±3.6 years old,and the average age of menopause was 48.40±3.2 years old.The first five symptoms respectively were nervous irritability（71.48%）,insomnia（70.33%）,fatigue（69.95%）,hyperhidrosis（68.41%） and dizziness（67.72%）.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,occupation,body mass index,income,marital status and the condition of other disease significantly affected the five main symptoms of the peri-menopausal syndrome.Conclusion Peri-menopausal syndrome seriously impacts on the women＇s health and life quality.Developing community health services,establishing specialist out-patient clinics,providing psychological counselling,improving self-health awareness and habits in women would help spending a smooth perimenopausal periods.
