不同感受式音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者的康复作用

目的探讨不同感受式音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者康复的疗效。方法选择以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者80例,随机分成音乐聆听组与音乐视听结合组,用阴性症状量表(SANS)进行治疗前后自我对照与两组相互对照研究。结果聆听组与视听结合组的自身对照,患者的阴性症状均有明显改善(P<0.01);两组相互对照显示,视听结合组SANS总分以及思维贫乏,注意障碍的因子评分与聆听组比较差异有显著性。结论音乐疗法作为精神科辅助治疗具有临床实践意义;音乐治疗中将听觉和视觉有机结合,对阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的康复疗效更好。

Comparative Study of the Rehabilitative Effect on Schizophrenic Patients Music Therapy by Different Sensory Way

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on schizophrenia with music therapy by different sensory way.Methods Eighty cases with mainly negative syndrome were selected and were divided into two groups randomly.The first group accepted music therapy by way of hearing,and the second by the combination of hearing and vision.Self-comparison and group-comparison study were performed before and after treatment with SANS scale.Results There was obvious improvement in both groups after treatment by self-comparison(P<0.01).However,the total effectiveness of the second group was better than that of the first group by group-comparison.The difference was more significant in symptomos such as poor-thinking and deficit attention.Conclusion Music therapy as an adjunct treatment in psychosis has a clinical and practical meaning;and combination of hearing and vision in music therapy has a better effect on schizophrenia with mainly negative syndrome.
