| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的效果。方法:蛛网膜下腔出血66例随机分为治疗组及对照组,给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加脑脊液置换疗法。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组在各种常见并发症的发生率、治疗有效率差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液置换术对蛛网膜下腔出血具有较好的疗效,值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement in subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Methods:66 patients with SAH were randomly divided into two groups:treated group and control group. Both groups were given routine medication. We did cerebrospinal fluid replacement to the first group patients in the same time.Results:The results of treated group was better than the control group:the discrepancy between complication incidence and effective is notable(P<0.05).Conclusion:The replacement of cerebrospinal fluid is a good method in treating SAH. |
