曲靖市实施结核病控制项目8年效果分析

目的：分析曲靖市3县、1区实施结核病控制项目8年（1995年9月～2002年12月）的效果以及取得成效的原因。方法：运用流行病学方法收集、分析曲靖市实施结核病控制项目资料。结果：8年间共接诊可疑结核症状者9400例，发现活动性肺结核病人3047例初治涂阳535例、复治涂阳224例。初治化疗满2月平均阴转率为77.94％，复治化疗满2月阴转率为66．96％。初、复治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率分别为75．14％、59．37％。项目病人的治愈率明显高于非项目病人；实施项目可提高肺结核病人的发现率。结论：实施结核病控制项目的县（区）结核病控制水平整体提高。

EVALUATION ON THE EFFECT OF TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROJECT IN QUJING

Objective:To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project in Qujing.Methods:The quarterly reports and related information from 1995 to 2002 was collected and analysed.Results:In the pasted 8 years,9 400 suspect tuberculosis cases had been received and diagnosed.3 047 active pulmonary tuberculosis cases were detected,in which there were 535 cases of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 224 cases of retreated smear positive patients.The sputum negative conversion rate at the end of 2 months of the chemotherapy was 77.94% and 66.96% of the new and the retreated.The cure rate of the new and the retreated cases was 75.14% and 59.37%,respectively.The cure rate of patients involved in this project was significantly higher than that of other patients.More tuberculosis cases can be detected by the performance of the project.Conclusion:The performance of the project improved the ability to control tuberculosis in the area where the project was carried.
